What A Difference A Year Makes...

This month marks the 1 year anniversary of we announced to you our addition / relaunch of the Ritter Machinery brand. As you can imagine, it has been quite the undertaking but we have been overwhelmed with the support of our customers and the warm welcome that we have received. Here are a few items to note about the growth of the Evans and Ritter lines and, perhaps more importantly, our ability to serve your company with your machine needs moving forward:

2. Over 80% of spare part orders ship in less than 24 hours. Service is our focus and we keep over 2000 SKUs on hand to ensure your machines stay running.
3. Lead times are averaging under 4 weeks. While this does vary based on volume and specific machine, we are able to build our machines faster than some competitors can take an order. For a list of machines that are available quickly through our dealer network, click here.
4. WE ARE GROWING. As of this week, we are doubling the size of our production facility. This will take a few months to complete, but we expect to see increased capacity by early this summer.
