Our Postforming Miter Saws
The EM 0710, CS XL, and CS XLT postforming saws offer a scalable, good-better-best solution for laminate countertop fabrication. The EM 0710 is a compact, efficient countertop saw with power feed and variable speed control, ideal for straight cutting, trimming, and sizing operations within a postforming workflow. Stepping up, the CS XL postforming miter saw is designed for full miter production, allowing a single operator to produce precise miter cuts and drawbolt mortises in one operation while reducing handling and cycle time. The CS XLT shares all of the same features and construction as the CS XL—including options such as laser guides, variable miter with digital readout, backsplash clamps, flip-over stops, dust manifold and enclosure kits, support rings, and standard or heavy-duty conveyors—but adds increased cutting capacity for longer miters, making it the best choice for higher-volume shops or larger countertop applications that demand maximum flexibility without sacrificing accuracy or throughput.
