Panel Stackers

Evans Midwest stackers are engineered specifically for use at the end of flat panel laminating lines, where protecting finished surfaces and maintaining production flow are critical. These stackers suspend each panel above the stack during transfer, eliminating panel-to-panel contact and significantly reducing the risk of scratching, scuffing, or surface damage on freshly laminated panels.

Designed for demanding laminating environments, Evans Midwest stackers are most commonly installed downstream of heated roller press lines or hot press lines, where panels exit warm and require controlled, gentle handling before stacking.

Non-Contact Stacking for Superior Surface Protection

Unlike conventional drop or slide stackers, Evans Midwest stackers precisely control panel movement and placement. Panels are held and positioned above the stack, then lowered smoothly into place, ensuring consistent alignment while protecting decorative laminate, backer sheets, and other finished surfaces.

This non-contact approach helps manufacturers maintain higher quality standards while reducing rework and scrap.

Configurable for Your Laminating Line

Evans Midwest stackers can be configured to work with a wide range of line layouts and production requirements, including:

  • Heated roller press laminating lines
  • Hot press laminating systems
  • Various panel sizes, thicknesses, and weights
  • Different infeed heights and outfeed orientations
  • Standalone or fully integrated automated systems

As with all Evans Midwest equipment, stackers are engineered to integrate seamlessly with upstream presses and downstream handling equipment, allowing the system to scale as production volumes increase.

Evans Midwest panel stackers provide reliable, surface-safe stacking that keeps laminating lines moving efficiently while protecting the quality of every finished panel.
