Cold Press Laminating
Industrial Cold Presses for Panel Laminating
Cold press laminating bonds decorative surfaces, such as high-pressure laminate (HPL), to panel substrates using adhesive and controlled pressure without heated platens. Panels are glued, laid up, and stacked in the press, where pressure is maintained while the adhesive develops its bond. Press time depends on the adhesive, materials, and operating conditions. Evans Midwest cold press systems combine pressing with panel feeding, glue application, layup, and material handling to support an efficient production process.

Pressing is Part of the Process.
Cold pressing holds assembled panels under pressure while a compatible adhesive develops its bond, without heated platens. For HPL and other flat panel laminating applications, the right system starts with your materials, adhesive requirements, and production target.
Evans Midwest combines hydraulic cold presses with the feeding, glue application, layup, and handling equipment that brings the process together.
