Evans Midwest countertop laminating systems feature heavy-duty glue application components built for accuracy, durability, and long service life. Large-diameter spreading rollers, cast-iron supports, and precision controls ensure consistent adhesive transfer and superior bond quality with water-based PVA adhesives.
Standard system configurations include powered roller conveyors, dedicated glue spreaders for core and laminate, infrared drying tunnels, and a free-standing console-style control enclosure. Variable line speeds, digital displays, and modular system options allow each laminating line to be tailored for your throughput goals, floor space, and future expansion.
Evans Midwest has been designing and manufacturing machines for the postformed laminate kitchen countertop industry since the early 1970s.
