Hot Master 4-Roller Hot Melt Glue Spreader
The Hot Master 4-Roller Glue Spreader is designed for the precise application of PUR and EVA hot melt adhesives to a wide range of materials, including MDF, particleboard, plywood, composites, plastics, rubber, glass, steel, and aluminum.
Hot melt adhesive technology provides excellent bonding performance for materials and applications where conventional water-based adhesives may not provide adequate adhesion. PUR hot melts, in particular, offer excellent resistance to moisture, heat, and demanding environmental conditions after curing.
Precise, Temperature-Controlled Application
The Hot Master uses internally heated rollers to maintain the adhesive at the proper application temperature. Electrical heating elements immersed in thermal oil provide consistent and uniform heat distribution throughout the rollers for reliable adhesive application.
Machine functions, operating parameters, and temperature settings are managed through an integrated PLC with touchscreen control, giving operators centralized control of the gluing process.
Built for Demanding Applications
The standard configuration features 9.8" (250 mm) diameter applicator rollers with a high-temperature-resistant silicone coating and 8.5" (215 mm) diameter chrome-plated metering rollers.
Working widths are available from 15.7" to 78.7" (400–2000 mm), allowing the Hot Master to accommodate a wide variety of materials and production requirements.
