S2R Automatic 2-Roller Glue Spreader
The S2R Automatic 2-Roller Glue Spreader provides a simple and reliable solution for applying vinyl (PVAc), urea (UF), and polyurethane adhesives to a wide range of materials, including MDF, plywood, particleboard, composite panels, and plasterboard.
Designed with small to mid-sized manufacturers in mind, the S2R is easy to operate, adjust, and clean. Its compact, straightforward design makes it an excellent solution for standalone glue application and can also be integrated into a production line with the appropriate options.
Simple, Reliable Glue Application
The standard S2R features two applicator rollers with individual glue adjustment trays, a single-motor chain drive, and a fixed operating speed of approximately 59 FPM (18 m/min). An integrated wash-water collection tray helps simplify cleanup at the end of production.
Working widths are available from 15.7" to 63" (400–1600 mm). The 7.3" (185 mm) diameter applicator rollers can be supplied with different surface patterns based on the adhesive, material, and application requirements.
